EN TROIS MOTS : « BIEN EN PLACE »

Cette association a pour but de favoriser les échanges entre cultures et entre générations afin d’aider chacun à trouver sa place. Elle se propose d’accompagner une meilleure écoute de soi et des autres et d’inciter au courage du changement. Elle souhaite, en particulier, sensibiliser chacun à la compréhension de son environnement sonore. La capacité à entendre, à comprendre, à situer sa place et à se donner les moyens de la faire évoluer pourra donc passer par une étude du son pour mieux se connecter à soi-même et communiquer avec les autres. Un dialogue entre sons, images et mots pour affirmer sa place grâce à l’échange artistique est aussi favorisé.

A ces effets, elle vise :

• l’animation d’ateliers pédagogiques sonores, notamment pour les écoles et les collèges, et la mise en valeur des espaces par l’installation sonore ;

• l’animation d’ateliers interdisciplinaires ;

• l’organisation de rencontres, sorties, soirées, débats, projections et autres manifestations culturelles liées aux intérêts exprimés par les membres de l’association ;

• l’édition de livres et la production de courts, moyens ou longs métrages documentaires ou fictionnels ;

• la mise en place et l’animation d’un site internet, et de tout autre outil de communication et de diffusion.

WELL IN PLACE

Well In Place is an association that aims to encourage exchanges across cultures and generations to increase the awareness and education of film culture.

Well In Place offers solutions for people who aim to have a better understanding of themselves and for those who seek a strong connection with their personal surroundings. We are sure that many will find this a beneficial step for their future.

Created by Raphaël Razaghi-Chantoiseau, a sound recordist in the film industry, Well In Place wishes to put an emphasis on the exploration and analysis of the acoustic environment. It strongly believes that the ability to situate oneself in a sometimes complex soundscape is an essential key to communicate and create in a wide array of fields.

Well In Place aims to explore every possible method of reaching these goals, including but not limited to:

– educational, interdisciplinary workshops, particularly for schools and colleges, in various fields such as sound, film studies and literature;

– screenings of films of any length, whether narrative, documentary or experimental, in addition to discourse in the form of meetings, and debates, and cultural events;

– publishing of related literature and production of related documentary or fictional films;

– development of a website and any other relevant communication tools.
